Yes, our pieces are water-resistant and anti-tarnish when handled with care. However, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to ensure long-lasting shine.

What materials are used in your jewellery?

Our jewellery is crafted from premium-quality alloys, often plated with gold, silver, or rose gold. Each product description includes details about the material and finish for transparency.

Is iksaé jewellery safe for sensitive skin?

Yes, we ensure our jewellery is nickel-free and generally safe for most skin types. However, if you have extremely sensitive skin or allergies, we recommend checking the material list or consulting with your dermatologist.

Do you offer COD (Cash on Delivery)?

Currently, COD is not available. We offer secure prepaid payment options via UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. We're working on enabling COD in the future!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We accept returns and exchanges only for damaged or incorrect products reported within 24 hours of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we don’t accept returns for reasons like change of mind. Please refer to our detailed Return Policy for more.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as we process orders quickly to ensure speedy delivery.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Do you ship internationally?

Please use a tape or a ruler to measure the inner diameter of your ring and refer to the size guide below:

• Size 6: Diameter - 1.65 cm
• Size 7: Diameter - 1.73 cm
• Size 8: Diameter - 1.81 cm
• Size 9: Diameter - 1.89 cm
