Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your iksaé piece as much as we loved curating it for you. Since we are a small and growing brand, we follow a limited return policy to ensure quality and fairness for both you and us.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged or broken
- You received the wrong product (not what you ordered)
To be eligible for a return, you must:
- Record a full unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened
- Share this uncut video with us within 24 hours of delivery
Note: No return will be accepted without a proper unboxing video as proof.
Exchange
We currently do not offer exchanges for any reason, including size, design, or personal preference.
Not Eligible for Return:
- No video proof
- Request made after 24 hours of delivery
- Change of mind or dislike of design
- Slight color differences due to screen or lighting
- Damage after wearing or mishandling the product
How to Request a Return:
- Email or DM us on Instagram within 24 hours of delivery
- Share your order number, unboxing video, and reason for return
- We’ll verify and get back within 2–3 business days
If approved, we will guide you through the next steps. Refunds will be processed via store credit or the original payment mode (based on the situation).
